Strawberry Horchata perfect for cooling you down on a hot summer day!

Aguas frescas are always fire during the summer months. It’s a great backyard summer drink that everyone can enjoy (unless your lactose intolerante or have a dairy allergy!).

This is very similar to the original Agua de Horchata but with a strawberry twist! Or you can also try Agua Fresca de Fresa con Leche which is a creamy strawberry drink!

Also Fire and and strawberry related is the Fresas con Crema which is the mexican version of strawberries and cream.

Blend your ingredients and strain so you catch all of the seeds and larger pieces of rice

Once your rice has soaked for 6-8 hours (or overnight) place it into your blender along with the soaking water and cinnamon stick, sweet condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla, and strawberries.

Blend all of your ingredients until it looks like there are no big rice pieces.

Pour over a strainer into a half gallon sized jar or pitcher.
