    Equipment:

    • Blender
    • knife
    • chopping board
    • measuring cups
    • Gallon jar or pitcher
    • large mixing spoon

    Ingredients:

    • Fresh Pineapple
    • Cucumber
    • Sugar
    • Limes
    • Water

Step by step how to instructions

Start by peeling the cucumbers so that all skin is removed. This is optional but recommended as the dark skin can make it taste a little more bitter.

Cut the cucumber so that it fits in your blender, a few large chunks, and set aside.

Next, take the pineapple and cut off all of the top and rind of the pineapple. Also remove the core of the pineapple.

Cut the pineapple into a few large chunks so that it fits in the blender, set aside.

To your blender add your chopped cucumber along with 2 cups of water and blend until smooth.

Transfer to a gallon size pitcher or jar, sifting through a fine mesh sifter is optional and not necessary unless you want a smoother finish.

After, add your pineapple chunks to the blender (no need to rinse from previous use) and 2 cups of water and blend.

Transfer your pineapple juice to the jar or pitcher with the cucumber juice. Just like the cucumber, sifting is optional and not necessary unless you want a smoother finish.

To your juice mix add ½ a cup of sugar and ¼ cup fresh lime juice. Add more sugar if needed.

Stir everything really well until sugar seems dissolved.

    Serve over ice and enjoy!

    Notes:

Start with ½ cup of sugar because some pineapples will be sweeter than others and you will need to adjust the sugar amount to your liking depending on how sweet your pineapple is.
