How do I make guacamole less spicy?

Super simple! All you have to do is skip the jalapeño. The jalapeño pepper is what gives this guacamole all of it’s heat and by not adding it the guac should no longer be spicy.

    How do I store this?

Store this in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 5 days.

How do I stop it from turning brown?

By adding the lime juice to the guacamole, it should prevent it from turning that dark brown avocados turn once they’ve been split open.

    Step by step process

Start by cutting the avocado in half lengthwise and removing the large seed from the middle.

Scoop the flesh from the shell and place it into a bowl. With a fork mash the avocado.

To the mash avocado add the minced garlic clove, chopped cilantro, tomato, jalapeño, onion, lime juice, salt and mix well.

Serve with tortillas chips, on tacos or tostadas, or just eat it with a spoon! ha! This stuff is great with everything!
