This is probably my dad’s favorite thing to make. He never goes a day without putting pico on all of everything he eats! It really is simple and quick to make this pico de gallo salsa!

Can I make this with no jalapeños?
Yes, of course! If you want a pico de gallo with no jalapeños, replace it with another tomato.

In the refrigerator it should last about 5 days.

In a bowl combine diced jalapeño, finely diced onion, diced tomato, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, fresh lime juice, and salt. Mix all of the ingredients really well. Place in a refrigerator or serve right away.

3 Roma tomatoes, diced
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 Jalapeños, diced
2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 Teaspoon of salt or to taste
Instructions
In a bowl combine diced jalapeño, finely diced onion, diced tomato, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, fresh lime juice, and salt. Mix all of the ingredients really well. Place in a refrigerator or serve right away.
Notes
Will keep in the refrigerator for about 5 days
To make it less spicy, remove the jalapeños and replace with 1 more tomato
