Super simple, only 5 fresh ingredients and some salt this Pico de gallo comes together quick! It’s better left in the fridge for a few hours, but can be served right away!

This is probably my dad’s favorite thing to make. He never goes a day without putting pico on all of everything he eats! It really is simple and quick to make this pico de gallo salsa!

    Is this healthy?

Dude! It’s super healthy!! All fresh veggies and just a bit of salt, it can’t get any healthier!

What can I serve or pair with pico de gallo?

So many things! It can be used as a topping for tacos, an appetizer with some fresh chips, great on loaded nachos or carne asada fries.

Can I make this with no jalapeños?

Yes, of course! If you want a pico de gallo with no jalapeños, replace it with another tomato.

    How long does this last?

In the refrigerator it should last about 5 days.

    Step by step process

In a bowl combine diced jalapeño, finely diced onion, diced tomato, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, fresh lime juice, and salt. Mix all of the ingredients really well. Place in a refrigerator or serve right away.
