Super simple, only 5 fresh ingredients and some salt this Pico de gallo comes together really quick! It’s better left in the fridge for a few hours, but can be served right away!
3 Roma tomatoes, diced
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 Jalapeños, diced
2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 Teaspoon of salt or to taste
In a bowl combine diced jalapeño, finely diced onion, diced tomato, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, fresh lime juice, and salt. Mix all of the ingredients really well. Place in a refrigerator or serve right away.
Will keep in the refrigerator for about 5 days
To make it less spicy, remove the jalapeños and replace with 1 more tomato
